Following complaints after continued train delays and signal failure, Network Rail have now recognised the need for action.

Network Rail have informed Dr. Starkey that a  Senior Manager has now been appointed to "sort out" the recent infrastructure failures. They have now also reinstated company Board meetings to oversee the performance of Milton Keynes to Euston line.
